KYREN Acceptable Use Policy

1. Illegal or Harmful Activity

You may not use KYREN services to engage in, facilitate or promote activities that are unlawful, fraudulent or intentionally harmful.

This includes using KYREN services to:

• commit or facilitate fraud, deception, theft or other illegal activity;
• distribute malware or conduct unauthorized attacks against systems or networks;
• unlawfully obtain, disclose or misuse personal, confidential or authentication information;
• evade sanctions, regulatory restrictions or other applicable legal requirements.

2. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

You may not use KYREN services in a manner that knowingly infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights of third parties.

Users are responsible for ensuring that content, data and instructions submitted through KYREN may lawfully be processed for their intended purpose.

3. Abuse of KYREN Services

You may not:

• attempt to bypass KYREN security, authentication, usage limits or billing controls;
• interfere with the operation or integrity of KYREN systems;
• use automated methods intended to exploit, overload or disrupt KYREN or its upstream services;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute KYREN account credentials or access in violation of the Terms of Service;
• use KYREN services to impersonate another person or organization for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Use of Third-Party Models and Services

KYREN provides infrastructure through which users may access services operated by third-party model providers.

Availability and permitted use of particular models or services may therefore also be subject to requirements imposed by the relevant provider.

Users must comply with any applicable restrictions associated with services they access through KYREN.

5. Enforcement

KYREN may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Where reasonably necessary, KYREN may restrict, suspend or terminate access to affected services in response to illegal activity, fraud, security threats, abuse, material violations of this Policy or requirements imposed by relevant upstream providers.

Where appropriate, KYREN may request additional information from a user before restoring access.

7. Changes to This Policy

KYREN may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, legal requirements, security practices or applicable upstream service requirements.
